International Customers

Shipping Method:

• Choose the correct shipping method before making payment. International who choose pick up will not be refunded. 
• International customer who wants to pick up their order need to register a local account with local address. 

Shipping overseas:

• Overseas order will be shipped via FedEx. Charges will be computed at time of checkout.
• Import duties and taxes or any additional unforeseen charges by 3rd party courier are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• Not all products in this store are eligible for overseas shipping. Use the Shipping filter to choose Local Shipping, Overseas Shipping or In-Store only.
  If you see this statement “This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again” could be due to cart include product that is not eligible for shipping.
• At this moment, we do not ship products that contain lithium battery.
• We currently ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

Sales of Knife / Parang / Machete / Axe and Multi-Tools (Overseas Buyer):

• The import, possession, use, and transportation of knives are subject to the laws of your country. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure that
• the knife can be lawfully imported into your country before placing an order. We will neither be held responsible nor provide a refund if your purchase is forfeited by your country's customs.

Warranty

• We are unable to provide warranty for international customer unless you are paying for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
• We process warranty according to manufacturer’s warranty policy, which does not include batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear and tear.
• We will repair, or replace the product of similar value if we are not able to repair an item.
• Proof of purchase need to be presented.
• Apparel, Backpack, Pouch - Minor stiches issue which does not affect the functionality will not be consider as warranty defect.
• Gerber – 25 years limited warranty. One to one exchange if we cannot repair.
• Pelican Cases – repair will be first option. Parts might need to place order from USA. Waiting time could be 1 to 4 months depending on our shipping date.
• Pelican Flashlight - one to one exchange if we cannot repair. Batteries and bulbs are not covered.
• Silva – Compasses will be one to one exchange if found to be defective within its 5 years warranty. All other items 2 years warranty.
• Streamlight - we will replace a new piece if we cannot repair. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a 2 years warranty with proof of purchase.
• Triple Aught Design - minor stiches issue which does not affect the functionality will not be consider as warranty defect – we will need to collect freight charges from you if need us to send back for repair.
• All other brands - email us for warranty information.

Exchange / Refund:

• We have a 7-day chargeable return / exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund excluding shipping fee. Shipping fee is not refundable.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging undamaged/unopened. All included accessories/manual and free gift must also be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• International customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
